If you can list the movie, and maybe the titles of the special features (so we can search them).
The first one that comes to mind is "The Battle of Algiers", which had 2 DVDs at the library.. Interviews, the director going back to Algeria, "Marxist Poetry" (they were all on YouTube a few weeks ago)

Final Destination 3. Shit movie, but had some fun ones. Namely a 'Choose Their Fate" feature that could alter the deaths of the characters.

Audio commentaries are always welcome. Some of my favorites are Evil Dead 2, The Thing, Lord of the Rings, Fight Club, The Godfather, and Roger Ebert on Citizen Kane.

Jaws has some great featurettes on blu, filmed on set throughout production.
Countless commentaries... Citizen Kane & Casablanca from Ebert, Stand By Me from optional picture in picture, live in studio Reiner-Wheaton-Feldman, LOTR, & This is Spinal Tap.

The special features on the Godfather Trilogy DVD box set were good. Also, I have a DVD of The Shining that includes a short "making of" documentary that I believe was shot by Stanley Kubrick's daughter. You can see it here (with an intro that wasn't in the version I saw): youtu.be/FQVvHj2dwK4

Apocalypse Now and Dunkirk Blu-Ray’s have amazing special features. Apocalypse Now has a long segment where Coppola interviews Milius about writing the screenplay (among many other things), and it’s so cool.
Dunkirk’s is a lot more technical, but just as fascinating.
Evil Dead 2 Blu-Ray is pretty good too.

Almost none, ever. I have a couple shows on DVD and I've gotten into the habit of selecting each episode individually instead of play all. This is in case there's a special version of the episode with deleted footage added in, or two/three part episodes that play like a movie.
But I never check other DVD features. Nothing against it, just never been compelled.
eta: There's also Clue which lets you choose which ending you want to run out, including the option for all of them.

I like the ‘making of’ features about the James Bond films, especially Live and Let Die and The Living Daylights.

Off the top of my head I can't recall the real standouts (though I know I've come across a few), but I DEFINITELY remember my worst.....the (few) audio commentary tracks that Marlo Thomas recorded for specific episodes with (I believe) one of the creators of her show, for That Girl (1966-1971), where she OBVIOUSLY did not watch them beforehand, and did absolutely NO 'prep' of any kind prior to recording the tracks. In other words, she simply showed up, just watched the shows, and did (almost) nothing more than throw out comments like, "Oh, remember that??"......."Oh, that was funny"..........or, "That was good!"! ONCE IN A WHILE she'd throw out a comment about something that was going on behind the scenes, or something people who weren't there couldn't have known......but those were VERY few, and VERY far between. I always meant to go back at some point to see if it was REALLY anywhere as bad as I remember it being......but then, I realized I suffered enough once, so why do it again ?? SAVE FERRIS
