A few that come to mind:
1. JaMarcus Russell
2. Johnny Manziel-His career may not be over yet as he's only 24. The dude has a lot of skill, but parties WAY TOO much. I He also seems to be a bit out of shape nowadays, with it appearing as if he actually lost some weight recently.
3. Ryan Leaf-He could have actually ended up being a great NFL player. However, his attitude really got in the way of things.

Ki-Jana Carter. Never really had a chance
One I thought of was Tony Mandarich. He was the ultimate college lineman. But no one knew he was juiced, although they should have.
Of the OP's choices, I'd say Leaf. Russell was a fat ass. Manziel was a classic great college QB who was never going to make the next level. Too short, too immature. I still think the Browns drafted him with jersey sales in mind.

Just read about the assistant who said Manziel wasn't on their board, then he got fired just before the draft and suddenly they're taking him first round? Owner interference. |

Leaf I'd say is next.
Russell was a disaster on all levels.
