I was wondering this myself last night. Instead we'll get goals only on Football Focus squeezed in between a report on Jurgen Klopp's bathroom and Alan Shearer's community visit to a poor school or Saturday's MOTD with Lawrenson sprawled out in his chair as usual. Last night was Peter Kay in a car (he's funny but not in this) and Question of Bastard Sport. The BBC is utter crap.

I figured with there not being one last night they were saving it for the Manc derby, so I'm surprised too.
Perhaps they can't show it on a Thursday because of the clash with Question Time which is of course a live broadcast.
