“WWE has come to terms on the release of Kurt Angle, Rusev (Miroslav Barnyashev), Drake Maverick (James Curtin), Zack Ryder (Matthew Cardona), Curt Hawkins (Brian Myers), Karl Anderson (Chad Allegra), Luke Gallows (Drew Hankinson), Heath Slater (Heath Miller), Eric Young (Jeremy Fritz), Rowan (Joseph Ruud), Sarah Logan (Sarah Rowe), No Way Jose (Levis Valenzuela), Mike Chioda, Mike Kanellis (Mike Bennett), Maria Kanellis, EC3 (Michael Hutter), Aiden English (Matthew Rehwoldt), Lio Rush (Lionel Green), Primo (Edwin Colon) and Epico (Orlando Colon Nieves). We wish them all the best in their future endeavors.”

If this is accurate reporting, my top targets for rival promotions would be Rusev, Sarah Logan, Karl Anderson and EC3. I like Luke Gallows but I think his legs have gotten wobbly. Sarah Logan's young and deserves her chance. I think EC3 still has what it takes, he looks in good shape.
Maybe rival promotions aren't looking to hire at the moment though, as I assume they're being hit financially too? Still, there's some talent there to work with.
There are reports also that Deonna Purrazzo might be leaving WWE. She got even less of a chance than Logan and was used as a punching bag on the main shows. I definitely think she's a capable technical wrestler who deserves to land somewhere where the management are willing to give her a push.

EC3 hasn't been signed by TNT but he turned up on Impact and took down Moose. Jon Moxley speaks highly of EC3 and I think he's great too, hope he's joining Impact. The Good Brothers are now on Impact, they scuffled with Reno Scum. Eric Young's returning and Heath was backstage as a free agent (Rhino's busy feuding with Hernandez).
Meanwhile, Deonna Purrazzo is now champion. I'm glad some of the wrestlers who many feel never got a fair shake at WWE are now getting chances to restart their wrestling careers elsewhere.
