Yes, they're all wearing red so apart from Uhura they're all going to die. They're also not wearing the regulation black pantyhose, but I think that was standard in the cartoon Trek. Perhaps the cartoonist likes legs.

Nurse Chapel is wearing red instead of blue. It might have something to do with the fact that Hal Sutherland was color blind. I was unaware of that. Thanks, Alpha 128. Had to rewind and make sure I was seeing it. When they step into the transporter Nurse Chapel's uniform is blue (like it should be), but when they materialize on the planet it's red. You're welcome. In the video below, from about 8:10 to 9:10, Dorothy Fontana talks about Hal Sutherland's color blindness and some of the issues it caused.

Speaking of goofs, this is from "The Lorelei Signal." The men are in trouble, so Uhura and Chapel beam down with an all-female rescue team. Can anyone tell me WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? Nurse Chapel is wearing red instead of blue. It might have something to do with the fact that Hal Sutherland was color blind. I have a problem with that explanation. I'm colour blind but I can still recognise the difference between red and blue.

However, it has been confirmed that Hal Sutherland's color blindness resulted in the "fearsome" Kzinti wearing pink uniforms and flying around in a pink spaceship.

Red and green are the colours that have I difficulty with and I use the word difficulty very loosely. I can easily recognise any colour in the rainbow but the difficulty arises in differentiating some shades of colours.

I remember reading that Paul Newman was color blind, and it kept him from being a TBF pilot in the war. I don't know why, but trivia like that interests me. I also found that Tom Cruise is dyslexic, and Gerard Depardieu never learned how to read, so they have to have their scripts read to them when preparing for a role. I think it's cool how disabilities such as these can be overcome.
