Ebony! Hey girl, it's really good to see you! I like your hair No, never share a mask, although that was sweet of him to offer. I think we're all struggling mood wise with this COVID thing 😒 What's the tea like? I'm a bit of tea enthusiast. Are you still learning Russian? I'm thinking about taking Arabic because I have so many Arabic speaking patients. Russian is my second choice though

I'm learning it while at home and it is very hard, so if you do decide to learn it, good luck.

I'd like to just get a working knowledge of it to help with communication with my patients and their families. How long have you been studying it?

I've been living in the Middle East for some years now, but though I can kind of speak Arabic, I don't know how to read or write it. I've tried several times over the years to learn but always got discouraged and gave up. This time, I feel I am finally getting ahead in learning it. I started when the curfews started. My only advice to you would be to not give up. If you don't mind me asking, where are you living that most of your patients are Arabic speakers?

I usually avoid caffeinated drinks but I'd try it just because of him. If there's any language you'd like to learn, I say go for it! My Russian is always a work in progress. I took a break from learning when I was on vacation as I didn't have opportunities to use my Russian for a month. I started a new grocery job in Canada at the beginning of March and am back to speaking at least a word of Russian to customers almost every day. Two of the stock boys there speak Russian, including my crush. Some people think he likes me back. I hope I get enough courage to ask for his number soon!

I live in MI, it has the highest concentration of Muslims on the country. Occasionally I get a patient or family member who does not speak good English. I would just like to communicate better.
