I saw it in a flyer in the mail where they mentioned cheese made from raw milk. For some reason I thought, raw milk was illegal? So wouldn't byproducts be?
Made me curious.

I bought unpasteurized cheese from Argentina, probably made from raw milk. It tastes like someone washed a cow with milk and then made cheese with it, not entirely unpleasant but a little bit goes a long way. My cousins had milk cows and used to make ice cream from raw milk, they used it for everything, it was definitely a different taste. Without looking it up, I think it's illegal because it can have bacteria and even blood but raw milk is still drank in some places.

We had a dairy when I was a child and we drank.the milk and made cheese.
But just for us.
I too thought it illegal to sell because it isn't pasteurized
