Over the Hills and Far Away – Led Zeppelin 4. School`s Out - Alice Cooper 5. Uptown Girl – Billy Joel 6. Hocus Pocus – Focus 7. Jumpin’ Jack Flash – The Rolling Stones 8. Baba O'Riley – The Who 9. No bagpipes, sadly (I do love the pipes)... An Irish punk band's cover of a Bob Marley song performed live.

Hardest rides ever at Canada's Wonderland

Yukon Stiker... tallest/fastest/longest dive coaster to date(?), Immelmann loop & full 360 loop. 3. Leviathan... 4th tallest of its kind, more camel hills & grey outs than Fury 325. 4. Behemoth... B&M giga, a slew of camel hills & out of seat moments. 5. Skyrider... stand-up looping coaster, truly unique aggressive & satisfying ride. 6. Wilde Knight Mares... stand up looping flat ride - zero restraints. 7. Slingshot... coaster seating, reverse bungee into the sky. 8. Wild Beast... reckless woodie, likely soon to be replaced. 9. Tundra Twister... 2023 debut, stupid air & spinning flat ride. 10.Lumberjack... Jet Scream 2.0, more loops with twinned/double capacity.

I think mine would look something like this, though it'd be tough to put them in order (I won't provide dates for the films you already covered): The Searchers Unforgiven The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly Tombstone (1993) Geronimo: An American Legend (1993) For A Few Dollars More The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance Once Upon A Time in the West (1968) Wyatt Earp (1994) 3:10 To Yuma (1957 or 2007, both great) HM: Young Guns (1988), Rio Bravo (1959), The Magnificent Seven (1960), High Plains Drifter (1973), Quigley Down Under (1990), Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969), Open Range (2003); we could go on forever. I didn't love the True Grit remake, despite it being more faithful to the book. I'm a fan of Bridges and Damon, but neither of them really worked for me in that movie. I actually thought Brolin was the best part of it. It was tough leaving Young Guns off my top ten, to be honest. Yeah it's a brat pack kind of western, but it's extremely well made and well cast, and surprisingly accurate on many of the historical details for a movie that is hardly a thinking man's western.

After I made the list, I realized I forgot Once Upon a Time in the West. I go back and forth on that one. Sometimes i think it's great, sometimes I think it's just Henry Fonda being the bad guy. Should have been an honorable mention.
And I probably should have Ride the High Country higher up. Maybe #4 or #5. Magnificent movie, never gets the love.

If I could bring back my father, who died in 1978, for Father's Day
I’d introduce him to his 2 grandsons and let us all talk and question each other for hours. I’d tell him about my mom and their daughter and their lives as they made it to the new millennium and beyond, and how my sister and brother-in-law were married 52 years. Then it would be show-and-tell time…
1. Computers and the internet - e-mail, voice typing, auto-suggest, deleting, global replacing, copying, pasting, drag/drop, printing, undo, etc. Bing AI, Chat GPT, Google, YouTube how-to videos, translate (detect language), online banking and bill pay, library and e-books, movies on demand, instant news, social media, Google street view, Google earth, Google Home/Alexa and smart-home tech.
2. Self-driving cars, electric cars, GPS navigation, car screens
3. Cell phones that do everything – front/back camera, internet, caller ID, messaging, texting, calculator/computer capabilities, Local weather radar. Face time. And no long-distance anymore.
4. Giant 4k TVs, CGI effects, live TV, skipping commercials, multiple channels onscreen, 500+ channel cable, Blu-rays, DVDs, streaming movies
5. DNA testing, test-tube babies, ultrasound, Lazik, fitness trackers, swipe to pay, fingerprint and facial-recognition access, jet packs
6. Microwave ovens and air fryers everywhere. 3-blade razors. Costco!
7. No out-of-season for foods, seedless watermelon, crazy portion sizes, fast food nation, plant-based milks, hydroponics, GMO
8. TV ads - for erectile dysfunction, pharmaceuticals, tampons, ambulance chaser lawyers, PSAs for Gay Pride
9. Fall of Soviet Union, Berlin Wall comes down, the year 2000, 9/11 leading to airport dystopian security, Iraq wars, AIDS, Covid, Columbine and beyond, the Reagan, Obama, and Trump presidencies, women on the Supreme Court, OJ on the run
10. What’s gone - pay phones, phone books, indoor and airline smoking, cigarette machines, paper maps, most malls, sending people to the moon
