Go the extra 10% mate. Leave violence off your plate ✌️ Yeah, I know I should. If it's milk, I highly recommend oat milk for tea/coffee... Cashew milk, or Hazelnut milk, for cereals, cooking, shakes, that kind of ting. If it's cheese, try Violife cheeses. If it's eggs, try tofu scramble... Plenty of recipes out there.

I made some mushroom jerky a couple of weeks ago.
It worked, the marinade recipe gave amazing flavour.
But... It shrinks so much, it isn't worth doing in a domestic oven, needs to be a commercial venture ideally (now I see why it's relatively pricey to buy).
Also, it's a fine line between making nice chewy jerky, and a cremated mess.
Tastes brilliant, worth a go, but be warned, get yer temperatures and timing right... and it shrinks like a bastard.

Haven’t tried it, but I heard the impossible whopper from Burger King’s soy levels are through the roof. Like, getting mantits and lactating after eating only a few through the roof
