There's a VHS copy on Amazon, so I'm guessing that's out of the question.
I tried eBay but, again, it's VHS, and they're going for absurd amounts of money.
My last option was iOffer and, sure enough, somebody has it for $8.00 and free shipping. Just search for it by the title of the film. Though, beware, it's probably just a burned copy of somebody's VHS version. No official DVD was ever released by Disney.
Of course, if you need it now, somebody uploaded the full version on YouTube. You may wanna try there. Good luck.
