If, instead of rebooting movies, it became a trend to retell them from a different characters perspective, what movie would you want to see retold and from who’s point of view?

Though I have yet to read it, the well received short story The Things, is the story of John Carpenter's The Thing told from the creatures point of view. That might be an interesting film

Twilight from Edward’s view. Oh wait there’s going to be a book doing just that. 😐

Temple of Doom from Mola Rams perspective. It could be a horror film.

I would like to see a Mark Darcy's Diary which would retell Bridget Jones' Diary from the perspective of Mark Darcy played of course by Colin Firth.

I would rather have watched MoS from the perspective of Faora (Antje Traue).

John Wick from the perspective of a henchman.
He would have a wife and kids and they would discuss some mundane things plus his need to strip club addiction, love of PIXAR MOVIES, as well as smoking too much.
It would play like an episode of Parenthood right up until the end where he gets shot in the head by Wick.

My #1 pick would be a retelling Tim Burton's first Batman from Bob the goon's point of view. I've always loved that character. Tracey Walter actually managed to steal scenes from Jack Nicholson.

Wait, wasn't that what Maleficent (one of the Disney remakes) was all about? Sleeping Beauty from the evil witch's point of view?

I can't say I'm desperate to see it done but it would be interesting to see Die Hard from Hans Gruber's POV. Screenwriter Steven E. de Souza claimed one of the reasons he considered the character to be so enduring was as well as Rickman's brilliant performance, he actually wrote the screenplay from Hans' POV as the main protagonist and not antagonist of the story which is why his character is so much more three dimensional and fascinating than the usual action movie villain.
