I love movies, especially drama and horror movies! And also, I'm a big fan of TV shows.

Sure 2/10, I just couldn't stand watching it. The cinematography was pretty bland. Yes, this film has a nice sky, sun and lights for sure, but I just don't like the colors. It felt like they confiscated contrasts and saturation, or something.
Ben-Hur was much colorful and yet better with more fun scenes.

I need to be in a proper mood for it, I gave it an 8/10 though it wouldn't make my top 300.

6/10. I liked it very much when I was young, but it isn't the kind of film I would choose to watch nowadays.

I need to be in a proper mood for it, I gave it an 8/10 though it wouldn't make my top 300. Well, I watched it again today - rainy day off from work, absolutely nothing on life's tap to think about. A- Still an 8, & while the last hour or so becomes near run of the mill war & politics, the first 3/4s are so strong as to keep it ahead. I'm off to google some on its production dossiers & whatnot. (I suppose it would make my top 200 now that I think of it)

Quite possibly the best movie ever made. Makes today's "Best Picture" noms look like a bad joke.
10/10

These are Historical movies....they SHOULD be given high points, high praise, and high value....along with "Dr. Zhivago", "Gone with the Wind", "Gandhi", "JFK", ....even "Fiddler on the Roof".....teaches the viewer something about the history of that time period. I know it's fiction......but I would even include "Robin Hood".....the Kevin Costner version.

Excellent movie until the end. I just didn't buy his descent into madness.
