In fact, almost everyone is of some belief system without knowing.
Devil worshipers rarely know they are devil worshipers. Christians rarely know they are Christians.
Remembering my high school days, I am very sure almost none of my classmates, except the most educated ones, actually knew what their belief system was.
I don't think the "information age" has changed that one bit, because this is actually the "misinformation age". Ask a question, even on internet, and you almost never get an answer to anything but the most palpable and obvious instances. We should be able to communicate well, but humans have demons inside that make us want to have our own language, and make gangs want to be superior. Otherwise, there would be no such thing as "slang".
Since "confusion" is the motivation of almost all the active angels and forces in this world, it's no wonder most people don't even know what their belief system is. There are even idiots (sorry, but they're idiots, fools, and worse) who want to redefine terms like "Agnostic" for absolutely no reason. There isn't even a motive, other than attempts to cause confusion.
It's not easy to know what your own belief system is. It appears that the story of Socrates is put on the back burner in schools these days, because too many people think they know everything, and there is always something on internet to back up anything one wants to believe in.

paulslaughNo one says sex between a male/female is a mortal sin in marriage (at least not the Catholic church which is the true church of Jesus Christ as the Popes can be traced back to Peter who's basically the first Pope). because some very basic reasoning/common sense says sex must be okay in certain situations because if sex was outright bad, we could not create new life and humanity would die. so anyone who acts like sex is just outright bad, has a disordered view of sex. sort of like on a pendulum... like those who pretty much do whatever they want with sex with no restraint etc are too far one way (i.e. living in sin) and the other extreme is treating sex like it's completely bad across the board. p.s. the Catholic church condemns artificial birth control to like condoms/pills etc regardless if one is married or not. drystyxJust two (i.e. male/female) like the bible says... "So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them." - Genesis 1:27 teaching anything else is disordered. but many in today's world (typically on the left(especially many in positions of power)) favor disorder over order and pretty much do the following... "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter." - Isaiah 5:20 these types of people having it coming if they fail to repent before they pass from this life into the next. anything that opposes Christian morals is simply siding with satan like many in positions of power on the left do nowadays and ultimately they are on the losing side. p.s. I know we are all sinners, regardless if which political party one sides with, but it's obvious that the left is collectively the much more disordered bunch of people as they tend to see morality as subjective instead of based around Jesus Christ's objective truth and once you start down that path, like making up morality as you go along, things inevitably get worse and worse and that's what's happening as the decades pass on the left.  but that tends to happen for those who don't believe in Jesus Christ as they tend to make up morality as they see fit and little-by-little things decline etc. with that said... I would not focus too much on the evil forces as, while it's good to acknowledge their existence, focusing too much on them takes our attention away from God (i.e. The Holy Trinity (Father/Son(Jesus Christ)/Holy Spirit)) and we don't want that.

Because I am of the opinion that if you do believe in some supernatural "evil force", like the devil, then you are the one denying reality. So now we have two opinions in conflict - how do you propose we determine which of us is correct? Also, the act of worshipping is a conscious act. So even if the devil does exist, sensibly denying his existence (because there isn't a shred of evidence) can in no way, shape or form constitute worship. |
