For me, it would probably either be "Carrie", "The Fog" or "Halloween". All of which I have seen in excess of 100 times easily.
Unless you count made for tv movies, then it would be "Initiation of Sara" or "Summer of Fear". The summer of 2018, I watched "Summer of Fear" about three times a day for a good four months.

Stand By Me has probably surpassed Back to the Future for me by now.
A Christmas Carol '51 however has been just about annual for me since the mid 80's. That's a lot.

Nothing anywhere near that.
A few contenders, but I think it would be Eraserhead with 7 definitive watches (4 times at the cinema).
2001: A Space Odyssey, In the Mood For Love, Blue Velvet, Lost Highway, Mulholland Dr. would all be 5 or 6

I would say either Jaws or the first Godfather movie. Those are two films that I automatically watch if I come across them on tv. Probably seen at least a portion of them dozens of times.

I am not sure if your asking me straight up.
but for more of a generic answer... I would say, playing the odds, it's a movie from the 1980's or 1990's (when I was a kid/teens etc) simply because they have been around longer and I would say my general movie viewing started to noticeably increase around the year 2003 etc as prior to around that time I noticed I have seen less movies but re-watched some more often because of it.
but in terms of a movie I have seen the most released in the previous decade (i.e. 2010-2019)... Drive (2011) @ 8 viewings. it peaked at a 9/10+ but currently sits at a 7/10. so it's taken a bit of a hit but it's still among my favorite movies. normally I don't re-watch a movie as much as I did with that one, but it just happened as I first viewed it in the theaters on opening day at the first showing in my area as I have not been to the theaters since a little after I seen Drive with the movie In Time (2011) which was Oct 28th 2011 where as Drive was Sep 16th 2011. I was only at the movies three times in the entire 2010-2019 time frame... True Grit (2010)(I think late December 2010)/Drive (2011)(on Sep 16th 2011)/In Time (2011)(on Oct 28th 2011).
Damn, that's a lot. I can't imagine I seen any movie that many times as if I am even close ill be surprised. my best guess of movies I have seen the most (especially if your counting in their entirety and not just bits and pieces as they casually air on TV while a person tunes in) would probably not be more than around 30-40 times off the top of my head (could be less, possibly more). but this is only a guess as I remember re-watching some movies a good amount back in the 1990's (i.e. Speed (1994)/Face Off (1997) etc) but even these I can't really say how many times I viewed them with any high degree of confidence. but even with movies like Speed (1994)/Face Off (1997) I would guess it's probably no more than around 30 times and a large portion of these viewings would have been in the 1990's, maybe into the 2000's on some level with a bit since.
Let me get this straight... you watched a single movie THREE TIMES EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR FOUR MONTHS STRAIGHT?
If so, I could never do that even in my old days when I re-watched movies more often than I do now because I had seen less and was more easily entertained etc. I would not watch any single movie, even if I am a huge fan of it, THAT much in THAT short amount of time. hell, I figure watching a single movie more than once a week (especially if you already seen it say a handful of times) would be really pushing it especially if you started doing it consistently for any length of time. it seems like that will kill just about any movie to where you would start getting tired of it, at least temporarily, shortly after you started watching it again and again in a very short time period.
even looking at myself into the not too distant past... Drive (2011) would be my most re-watched movie in the shortest amount of time as my burst here would have been basically four viewings between Sep 16th 2011 and Jan 2012 which is fairly rare for me as long as I don't go too far into the past as I would image back in the 1990's there are some movies I re-watched a fair amount in a fairly short period of time.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
I see it on TV and say to myself "not watching it again, not". 10 minutes later...
I'm not alone. I was bartending and put it on one of the TV's. Soon, by request, all eight TV's. Soon, by request, the juke box was off and 40-50 people were watching and knew all he dialogue. On a Friday night

Through TV, VHS, DVD, Blu-ray, and now 4K viewings over the past 25+ years, I’m really not sure of the number.

I re-watched movies a lot as a kid. Batman (1966) was one such movie. I wore the video tape out revisiting it so often. Aladdin (1992) also got more than its fair share of viewings. I retain a sentimental fondness for the former and adore the latter. I've also re-watched the classic Star Trek movies many times over the years.

Given the VCR tape wore out it's probably Star Wars. At one stage both my bother and myself knew the dialogue by heart. I've also seen Shrek a whole bunch of times but that was forced on me as it was my little one's favourite film and he would insist I sit and watch it with him seemingly everyday for about a year. Good thing is was such a good film!
