Any of Spielberg or Lucas’ greatest hits. Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park.

The Maltese Falcon Casablanca The Shawshank Redemption Gone With The Wind Singin' In the Rain
More, but they don't come to mind.

I'm not sure of which movie I've seen the most times because there are several that I have seen to the point of losing count of how many times I've seen them.

Almost certainly 'The Return of the King' between seeing it multiple times in first run, second run, special screenings/marathons, and at home on dvd with either the original audio track or commentary tracks. The other two movies in the trilogy wouldn't be far behind.

I gotta be honest, I have absolutely no idea how many times I have seen Commando (1985), but I do know that around 2005-06 I almost could remember the entire script/dialogue of the film, not something I would "brag" about, but it just stayed in my mind, and even now I would suddenly have Commando playing in my head when I find myself in a boring situation or it just comes along out of "nowhere".
But I guess, if I had to, it must have been at least 50 views or more, and somehow I never go tired of that film, it just stays with me, and always makes me smile, even when just thinking about certain scenes or lines.

Might lean towards The Dark Knight, but it’s tough. Toy Story 3, Spider-Man (2002), and Monsters Inc are probably up there too.

Probably Star Wars - had it on VHS when I was a kid and it seemed to be on every morning over a Summer - mostly put on by one of my brothers. Plus the times I saw it before and after. Not my favourite franchise and not my favourite film in that franchise, but I think I may have seen it 30+ times at least.
On the big screen, Reservoir Dogs about 5 or 6 times
