I enjoyed the reboot trilogy way more than most. I wouldn’t have minded if that series continued with the returning cast. But it’s looking like that won’t happen. I think they should wait a tad longer before doing a new film.

I love Chris Pine as Captain Kirk.
Not looking forward to another reboot at all.

I really liked the last one Beyond, had a nice familiar and fun Trekkie vibe to it. What happened to Tarantino's ST? I would to see a lean and mean ST. Agree about Beyond. It reminds me a bit of the Next Generation films, which is a good thing imo.

Why the studio persists with these films is beyond me, that don't make that much money and probably aren't worth the investment

Or not.
