If you see a female Terminator chase you, she should be making your heart pound and not your dick hard.

Its biggest problem is that it seems cheap compared to Terminator 2. The last act where they fly out of the army base to the shelter felt like something from the 1960s--cost-cutting. If it was Cameron we would have seen a full-blown attack on the army base. On the other had, the relationship between Arnie and the adult John Conner was less cringe-worthy than the antics in T2. Arnie was more machine-like. The story was well thought-out as far as an unnecessary sequel goes. If they were going to have a woman terminator counterpart for Robert Patrick then I guess she was about as good as it could be expected to be. "If they were going to have a woman terminator counterpart for Robert Patrick then I guess she was about as good as it could be expected to be." I dunno, I can think of a few picks that might have been better: Lucy Lawless Chyna Sigourney Weaver the woman that played Trunchbull in Matilda Hell they could have even brought back Linda Hamilton (the machines decide to use her likeness as a Terminator, it would make it more difficult for John to fight back)

I think Sylvia Hoeks from Blade Runner 2049 would have been good for a female Terminator.

Lucy Lawless Chyna Sigourney Weaver the woman that played Trunchbull in Matilda I remember they said Chyna but there's no requirement the terminator be muscular. Sigourney Weaver--no way.
They wanted an evil Barbie doll type so it's about as good as it gets given the limits of the part.

I think it's a good movie. The only Terminator movie I don't really like was Genisys.

I dunno why she would turn it down, the last relevant thing she was in was, well Terminator 2.

I looked into it more and I was wrong. I can't find anything saying she was ever asked to be in the movie. I do find it strange that she didn't get any work in many movies after 1997 though. I always assumed it had to do with her bipolar disorder.

Unlike most people, I love this film. Sure, it has some flaws, especially concerning some of the plot points. But it at least stuck with the Terminator formula and took the story where it needed to go in order for the first two films to still happen and respected the first two films. I also think that it's a decent ending to the Terminator franchise.
I give it a 8/10.
