I mean movies where being a cop is shown to totally suck and the character would be better off being something else.
THE PLEDGE - Jack Nicholson would certainly have been better off if cops were defunded in his youth.
DONNIE BRASCO - Johnny Depp seemed pretty lost and depressed at the end--like he wasn't thinking about his family but Al Pacino. If they had cut the department budget he would have been spared all that.

Out for Justice - Seagal is a terrible cop here. In the most memorable scene, he casually assaults people in the bar, firing his gun into the air not knowing if people are upstairs.
