Sorry if I'm a bit dim, but how do I tag another poster? In edit mode, click the "Insert User Link" icon on the toolbar. It's the one with the @ symbol. Start typing the user name you want to tag, e.g., jeffersoncody . Alternatively, you can simply type @ followed by the user name. When you submit the post, that user will get a notification that you tagged them.

Just to be clear, the username/account name (under the avatar) is not always the same as the display name (above the avatar). The tag button works for either one, but if you're typing it manually, be sure to use the account name.
