All of which are dead ends. For some, the actual results are meaningless, it's the excitement of the journey to the dead end. That pretty much sums up my whole attitude towards sports
It's all about the journey
Give me an entertaining ride - thrill me - peak my interest - the results are secondary

Well hey, if results are secondary to you, then you sure picked the right city to support! ๐๐

Sporting News's mock today had the Eagles with Micah Parsons.
If the Eagles take a Penn Stater who is a linebacker, it doesn't get any better than that.

i.e. he could play a little Safety too.....
If that's the case - I'd be all for it
I'd just hold my nose he came from Penn State like I do with Sanders

6'3", 245. He's 100% linebacker.

One time Iโd like them to draft someone who is good at one position let alone being a Swiss Army Knife.

Carson Wentz morphed into Hulk Hogan.
Pitchers & Catchers only a few weeks away.

Carson Wentz morphed into Hulk Hogan.
Pitchers & Catchers only a few weeks away. And the #1 catcher in baseball who most recently played for the Phils is still on the market
Will he resign?
Like I said - never dull around here - Hollywood East - there's always a story brewin' with one of our teams

Penei Sewell - OT - Oregon might be gone at 6
Then -
RaShawn Slater - OT - Northwestern
These are 2 big names going around the mocks
Would have 0 problem taking a ton of O-Lineman in the draft
Everybody is getting older. Kelce, Brooks, Johnson all has had injury issues
Mailiata looks like a kepper
Hopefully we have finally seen the last of Peters and I hope I never have to see Matt Pryor on this team ever again
Who's knows how Dillard plays next year but I'm not expecting much

Why is this Eagles thread still going? They were trash this year and their season is done. Letโs forget these losers even exist until next year, thatโs the right thing to do.

All for an O-lineman in general but I think that can be addressed later in the draft. I want the best WR or CB or safety at 6.

Do you really trust Howie/Lurie/Doug (whoever's spin you believe on who has the final say after a collaborative effort) to select the best WR out there?
Although I literally cannot stand Josh Innes - he tweeted a pretty hysterical response to Glen Macnow the other day when Macnow asked who the Eagles would draft first
Innes' response - 'The 17th Best WR available'

I donโt trust them to draft any specific position, they just need a certified #1 WR like a Lamb or a Jefferson.

Eagles players were "shocked" and "outraged" by head coach Doug Pederson's decision to bench Jalen Hurts in Week 17 against Washington.
Two defensive players had to be held back from approaching Pederson after the QB change. Hurts was reportedly distraught about the decision to yank him in favor of Nate Sudfeld with the team trialing Washington by three points. The Eagles lost 20-14. Pederson defended the decision to bench Hurts so Sudfeld could get some playing time in a meaningless Week 17 game. He revised his reasoning the following day and rambled about offensive struggled with Hurts under center. Miles Sanders expressed frustration with Pederson's decision in a Tuesday interview. "If I'm being honest, nobody liked the decision. Nobody," he said. Having alienated his players at the tail end of a disastrous season, it's reasonable to question whether the team can bring Pederson back in 2021. Unless, of course, Pederson was told to lose the game. The Eagles have the sixth pick in the 2021 NFL draft; they would've had the ninth pick if they had beaten Washington.

Lotta talk about Deshaun Watson possibly requesting a trade. What would it take for the Eagles to get him? I'm thinking Wentz, Arcega-Whiteside and a 3rd should do it...

Texans are now run by Nick Caserio and Jack Easterby - they're probably actively plotting to get Watson to New England in return for "future considerations."
