I question whether Van Damme was involved with Predator-allegedly one shot of him remains in the film-where Mac and Dillon see the crouching figure in the trees. But the official story in Fangoria at the time was that when the Boss Film Studios predator costume arrived in the jungle and they opened the crate-they immediately knew they couldn't use it so I don't know how Van Damme would have been interacting with the cast. You can see the footage of the creature in the FX studio-it looks like the Great Gonzo with muscles.

True. Always got a kick out of the Mad tv skits, especially Will Sasso‘s Seagal impersonation. This is the great. There are a few amusing videos on YouTube on the back and forth between the two in not hiding their true feelings of each other. Although Van Damme is being a bit more polite here, and definitely on point.

Hard Target is my favorite JCVD film. Seagal is a toss up between Hard to Kill and Marked For Death. For whatever reason I was never a huge Under Siege fan.
