I've not seen 'The Sandlot' and I don't like 'The Mighty Ducks', but I voted for the Ducks to support my man Emilio Estevex, cinema's greatest ever punk, ultimate teen angst icon (with humour), son of the latin don of Dayton, Ohio. How could I not./

Ive literally been sitting here for five minutes trying to figure out which of these two i prefer. They are both staples of my childhood.

With awareness that Ducks has the unfair advantage by my seeing it as a a kid and not seeing Sandlot until my 20s, I pick Ducks.

I know “The Sandlot” is the better movie, but I voted for “The Mighty Ducks” because it’s more impactful for me as a child.

The Sandlot. Not only a great childhood movie, but one of the most quotable movies of all time.

A little fun fact: Two of the kids in The Sandlot also star in The Mighty Ducks movies. Brandon Adams and Mike Vitar.

The Sandlot. All day, every day before that Disney "Bad News Bears" ripoff, but with a different sport.
