How many have you seen? Does he have any underrated movies you would recommend? Well, Meanstreets isn't there, nor is Novecento which are pretty much essential De Niro. I also really enjoyed This Boys Life. Edit: I see Novocento is there. My mistake.

Shouldn't Joker be on there?
The only ones I haven't seen are 1900 (which incidentally I have on hold at the library) and Stardust.
King of Comedy and Awakenings I always found underrated. But since they made the cut, I'll say Mean Streets and Cop Land.

I've seen all of them except for Dear America (which I haven't even heard of) and 1900.
Wag the Dog and Midnight Run are two that I really like and would call underrated.
And like moviebuffbrad said, shouldn't Joker be on here?

Ive seen all but 5 on that list. Once Upon a time in America, Brazil, King of Comedy, Dear America and 1900.
Underrated Deniro flicks...Hide and Seek and The Fan are both good.

Seen 11 of the 20.
Ronin is a good movie, but I don’t necessarily like DeNiro as the lead. He’s good, just out of his element imo.
I’ll second Angel Heart from movielover too. He adds so much to that movie. Love his performance.

Seen 15 of those.
The only one not mentioned yet in the thread that maybe could get a nod from me is Cape Fear.

Of the ones on this list I've seen Heat (1995), The Untouchables (1987), and Brazil (1985). I've also seen Ronin, but that's not on the list. Four out of these twenty movies have been "trekked", including two threads in the last month: Robert De Niro Movie Quote/Star Trek: TOS Threads

To be honest, no I haven't.

14/20. The ones I haven't seen are Once Upon a Time in America, A Bronx Tale, 1900, Stardust, Sleepers, and Dear America: Letters Home from Vietnam. A Bronx Tale is a solid coming of age crime flick. Sleepers is an excellent story about kids who are abused in juvenile detention and grow up to take revenge on the guards who abused them.

A Bronx Tale is a solid coming of age crime flick.
I like this scene in A Bronx Tale:
There’s a lot of good lines and scenes from it. The ‘Now Youse Can’t Leave.’ Moment was epic.
