his scores for Conan the Barbarian, Robocop, and The Hunt for Red October are masterpieces and all should have been nominated for Oscars. Conan not being nominated was a travesty
even his score for something like Under Siege 2 is really good and epic.

I've heard of him. I know him from his work on Conan, Robocop, and Starship Troopers.

Heard of him before, amazing body of work. I also love his score for the live action Jungle Book (1994).

Robocop was damn good but its the only good one he did. its probably more a credit to the movie and how well it fit with that storyline.

I have heard of him and he is a good composer.
I personally don't nominate any of his scores, though Conan the Barbarian and The Hunt for Red October are close. They deserved to be nominated over some of the Oscar choices those years though.
Here is another good one.

Conan not being nominated was a travesty Agreed!!! I still have the CD of that score. I listen to it every now and then. It's one of the most memorable scores ever and it fits the film perfectly.
