I'm happy to add, as an Andre the Giant fan, this documentary has been fairly well recieved. If you like watching the wrestling, entertainment and sports entertainment, check it out; few have suffered more for thier art.
With Vince McMahon on board, there's plenty of gossip and titbits about commerce and commodity.

It was an entertaining documentary. It felt more about Wrestling with a slightly more microscope on Andre the Giant.
Interestingly enough there was an Andre the Giant documentary on A&E (or the Biography Channel) a while back that was more about his life overall and they told a great story where Andre was drinking at a Pub and some guys were mocking him and saying “You’re all fat and no muscle” and just being a—holes. Andre chased them outside and flipped their car on it’s side.
But I loved this one too. Especially the Hogan vs Andre Wrestlemania III part.

I liked how they frequently alluded to his childhood and how aspects of his life came straight from growing up on a small farm in a small French village. The French really respect lumberjacks. French-Canadians too.

It would make a great binge watch pairing with the ESPN 30 for 30 documentary on Ric Flair.

He was wracked with pain during the production. Despite being one of the strongest men in the world, his back problems meant he couldn't catch Robin Wright in one scene (she was attached to wires). The young Andre could have lifted 4 Robin Wrights comfortably and held them up high, while eating a super-deluxe triple cheeseburger.
