For me it is Highway Patrol. Plenty of door and drive action there, some real nice models too, also those final helpful tips on careful motoring in each episode. I often wondered how often Broderick Crawford (a noted drinker) kept to his own highway safety recommendations. In contrast Harbor Command has much less to offer, apart from parking round the docks, perhaps understandably while star Wendall Corey (another boozer) always looks glum, whatever transportation he sits in. State Trooper has moderate amounts of vehicular kinesis and at least Rod Cameron always looks sober behind the wheel, while his Coronado9 is disappointing, being more concerned, I feel, with interiors than highways. Dragnet is fair too. I have yet to see M-Squad, which might be worth checking out.

A less obvious choice: the 15-minute pop music show The Dinah Shore Show (1951-1957), since Chevrolet was the show's sponsor, and many episodes can be viewed on YouTube with original commercials intact. Picture quality varies though...a lot of these seem to be 9th or 10th generation copies of the episodes.

How about the 1950s comedy show "You Bet Your Life", many episodes with original commercials are on YouTube, almost always these ads are for DeSoto. It's Delovely, It's Dynamic, It's DeSoto!

How about "Plymouth News Caravan", a 15-minute newscast sponsored by Plymouth? There's sure to be at least one Plymouth in every episode, instantly making it wonderful television in my opinion (though I admit the standards of the show's news reporting was pretty dire). Several episodes with original commercials intact circulate online...
