Warriors will move across the bay when their new arena is finished. The Raiders are headed to Las Vegas. What do you think? Will the A's be able to build a new park or will they end up moving elsewhere?

Oakland has no money, so unless a private financier miraculously appears out of nowhere, their leaving is a foregone conclusion.
Though they have said they will not leave the Bay Area.

Portland can't hold a minor league team. They gave the PCL tstaduim to the Portland Timbers of MLS. It's a soccer town. I love the Athletics fan base. Kind of a nutty bunch, with the flag waving and fans shaking their heads like Angus Young. Almost an atmosphere like European football. Its a shame they play in such a dump. Now its a stadium built for football and no football team. It would probably be too expensive to remodel it, like Anaheim. Millions to fix the sewers and tear down "Mt. Davis". |
