I sautéed sausage meat, garlic, onion, added two cans of crushed tomatoes (big cans), added a bunch of sliced kalamata olives, and then a bunch of escarole. It's been simmering, and smells and tastes so good! Didn't even need to add salt because the sausage meat and kalamata olives were enough. Going to serve it over bowtie pasta. Not bad for a spur-of-the-moment-what-do-I-have-laying-around-to-make-a-meal dinner.
