Happy birthday to one of my very favorite actresses! I have loved Lee since I was in high school and first saw "Damien: Omen 2". She has always given great performances, intelligent and intense.
95 is a major accomplishment! And there is a video on YouTube from about 5 years ago of Lee at the airport, not only mobile, but agile, walking at a brisk pace, carrying her own luggage, 100% lucid and articulate. To be honest, I've never seen anything like it. In this video, she had revealed her age to be 90, yet came across like a very healthy 60 year old. It was pretty stunning.
If there are any Lee Grant fans here who want to post their favorite pic of Miss Grant, that would be super!

I saw "The Mafu Cage". It had an interesting concept, and it was a pretty strange movie. Didn't Carol Kane have some deep connection to the gorilla-like creature? It's been several years since I've seen it.

Classic Lee. Very attractive woman. That looks to be @ 1977.

"SURPRISE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!"
* scream * Ha! Ha! I know what movie that's from! The scene in the hospital room where Lee is freaking out after being attacked by the psycho and William Shatner is sitting at the end of her room, chuckling and helping himself to the rice pudding. What a ham! I do like William Shatner. He's fun.
