I buy Benedict as American like I buy Rockwell as Bush, by that basically I mean I don't at all. He's just doing his Stephen Strange accent. Close enough.

Possibly but Kevin MacDonald is normally a reliable director. I loved The Last King of Scotland and thought both The Eagle and Black Sea were pretty solid.
