There are a lot of changes I'd like to make to the smileys. Adding some like that is on my to-do list, as well as removing some of the ones that are rarely if ever used. In the meantime, you could use the Personal Smileys in your Profile Settings. Just add that link and it will show with the others.

If you aren't sure if your post will violate the ToS, just don't post it.
