I'm talking about the Wonder Woman movie.
I get the 80s nostalgia craze but why this year? It's a very particular number. Any movie with 1984 in its title is supposed to be deep, subversive, challenging. Something that makes its audience to consider tyranny and lies of their leaders and sins of their own society.
But the movie is nothing more than a less amusing version of Bruce Almighty. So why 1984?
