A thoroughly ridiculous film that has about as much respect for the laws of physics as a Fast & Furious movie, but I still thought it was a fun watch. It's also only 83 minutes long, so it's not a huge time commitment.

"Its plot deals with a World War II air force service woman who tries to escape from her abusive husband, only to have a gremlin attack the bomber she is riding on."

"Its plot deals with a World War II air force service woman who tries to escape from her abusive husband, only to have a gremlin attack the bomber she is riding on." That's a better description than the one on IMDb, which says she's transporting "top secret documents".

From the trailer it looked silly but I still gave it a go. Had it stuck with "top secret documents" and the gremlin happening to mess things up, it could have been alright. I mean, if we never actually learned what she carried and it simply turned out in a battle against the creature that happened to mess things up on top of the Japanese airplanes and still ended where it ended, it would have been crazy and over the top but alright.
But once they introduced the real reasons she was onboard and what she was carrying, to me it took a nose dive. Had they went for a drama from the beginning and made it a 2 hours drama without ridiculous liberties on the laws of physics, maybe it could have been alright but the mix of tones and two really different stories and approach within the same movie, within 80 something minutes, just made it a mess. 3/10 for me.

The baby thing was pretty stupid. And why the hell did the gremlin want the baby so badly? It would have been cool if they never revealed what she wAs carrying, leaving it for the audience to wonder if it was connected to the gremlin somehow. Still, I had fun.
