And nobody wants to hear it, but technology has played a large role in the ones who can't. It's not just everything being at your fingertips, it's the science behind what giving kids video games and computers from the point of birth because it's a convenient babysitter does to their developing brains, the frontal lobe, their impulse control, their nature is to just act instead of thinking before they do.
