I never had a problem with Rey to be honest. I don't dislike her. I just feel like she was "meh" and more of a missed opportunity.

Can Padme really be considered a strong female character? Also, Jyn Erso is boring as sin.

I don't like...because she's in films where they have to manipulate every single thing for a feminist agenda.

This is what creepy internet weirdoes like Paul Joseph Watson do. Invent a stupid argument that no one ever said and apply that to suit your rebuttal.
Here's an example of this method in the video about The Truth about Gender:

I’d rather a female character be poorly written, but with some semblance of a personality, as opposed to whatever Jyn Erso is supposed to be.

I don't think someone necessarily can't handle a strong female character just because they don't like Rey, but I'd start second guessing if their example of one is Padme Amidala.

Padme is the second best female sw character. With the first one being Leah. Js.
Far as i know though, 'rey' isn't a verb. Js.

I also have black friends. Also fuck black people. Wow! So by your logic, if someone hates Harvey Weinstein that means that they also hate Steven Spielberg. I mean, they hate Harvey Weinstein so they must be a racist Jew hater, right? Spare us this lame nonsense.

I don't like Rey because she's just plain boring. And can do almost anything without much effort. I don't mind if she's powerful, but at least show her putting effort into it. Then add more personality as well.
In the end, I don't hate her... there are other things I hate more in the sequel trilogy, but there's just not much to like with her either.

Mara Jade and Mon Mothma should be in there too.

In defense of Padme, she got a decent amount of extra development in the Clone Wars tv series. She also had scenes cut in the movies. I think she’s more than earned her place as a great Star Wars character.

LOL! She "lost the will to live"?!? Since when does that kill you? I've been living without the will to live my whole life! LOL!
