U-Gin is the South Korean company responsible for the technology behind Vision. Helen Cho was kidnapped and forced to create Vision. That doesn’t mean that any American (or Sokovian) can legally revive Vision. The technology needs to go back to South Korea in accordance with global copyright treaties.

How’s that going? Wanda has created her own town and is becoming more unhinged which is dangerous given her power level. This would never have happened had Vision’s body been sent back to South Korea. |
