Don’t most people like Rocky IV? I thought it was pretty well loved...behind the first and maybe the second. It’s really great 80s patriotic cheese. I would have understand the underrated part, or not that far away, if we were to say, Rocky V (1990). But IV? That is a new one for me, as it seems to be the most popular and loved ones, along with Part 3, in the Rocky franchise.

I saw the Rocky saga for the first time in 2020 and I felt that it was the worst tbh. I actually liked V more than IV.
