I love straight hair on girls, so from this list, I'd say the 1970s and 1990s. But really from 1995 to present would be more accurate. I credit Jennifer Aniston for bringing straight hair back. The 80s curly frizzy hair got old fast.

I love big, crazy hair of the 1980s, but I have to say 1950s hairstyles because they seemed so classy.

1980s, simply because of how wacky and outrageous people were with their hairstyles back then. Makes me wonder if they went through a can of hairspray a day.

Although the 1980s and the 1960s had the most original looks, I love the elegant updos from the 1940s: I also love the side-parted wavy/curly hairstyle that was popular back then:
