Here is some free unsolicited relationship advice: avoid Pastor Stewart-Allen Clark of First General Baptist Church in Malden, Missouri. During a sermon he delivered on February 21 — which has since been deleted from the church’s website and YouTube/Vimeo — Clark gave a sermon on how to keep your marriage strong. His answers? The wife needs to look hot — like Melania Trump, preferably — and that means losing weight and submitting to her husband’s sexual desires at all times. Or else it’s all her fault when he cheats on her. A couple of juicy excerpts: BTW, Clark is no ripped muscle beach boy himself, as you probably suspected.

I don't know what's weirder about this. The stupidity of what he said, or the unnatural allusion to Melania Trump instead of the hotter AOC (not that Melania is not pretty, but she's no AOC).
Any time a preacher is not only stupid, but also doesn't understand the Nature of the flesh which he has to fight, you know you've got a preacher who is in the wrong line of work.

I don't think these pastors think these arguments all the way through.

It supports my belief: Religion isn't about belief; it's about power and the desire to control other people. (just like Trump)

UPDATE: The day after this story went viral and I posted the O.P., the First General Baptist Church of Malden, Missouri deleted all of Clark’s sermons and most of the rest of their web site. Today, they issued a statement that Clark had “taken a leave of absence and is seeking professional counseling.” That’s pretty much the entire statement.
The fact that they scrubbed their website is sure proof that this was not the first occurrence of similar behavior. But no one at the church has apologized for anything. No one there has admitted Clark’s words were both harmful and untrue. No one there has explained why he was able to do this for years without church leaders or members taking action. (Unless they say otherwise, I’m assuming it’s because they all agreed with him.) No one there has said what they’re going to do to change course so that married women aren’t reduced to the role of trophy wives at best or wastes of space at worst.
As plenty of people have noted online, this kind of misogyny isn’t unusual in conservative “Bible-believing” churches. For many of them, it’s precisely why women have left Christianity for good — and they’re grateful they did.
This statement from the church doesn’t shut down the controversy. It only leads to more questions, which they’re clearly trying to avoid.

I'm sure this pastor could fully appreciate Donald's predicament...be faithful to a woman with stretch marks who might've been suffering postpartum depression or shag a porn star.

He's a fat bastard himself. It's always funny when homely/schlubby men expect women to be beautiful, shapely and young. Examples: Woody Allen Donald Trump This pastor
