Should they continue the story in comic book or animated form? That’s something hardly anyone ever seems to consider when talking about it. People act like if there was to be a continuation, it would have to be in live action.

Yes. They should do that even if it's not successful in my opinion.

I'm just curious what WB's reaction would be if the Snyder Cut exceeds expectations. Like suppose if it not only does well commercially but in fact does well critically. It just seems everything has been swinging in the opposite direction for DC lately.

I know some people at WB will not be happy, because those who voted against The Snyder Cut ever seeing the light of day may be let go by AT&T, who on the other hand supported its release.

People act like if there was to be a continuation, it would have to be in live action. Only because live action would be the BEST and PREFERRED option, especially since it started that way. Going to cartoon is like going a step down and seen as not the be all end all. I would be interested to see what Zack Synder would do in comic and cartoon formats, but in this instance I would want to see that cast as those characters in a live action movie sequel.

If it's successful I'd like to see Snyder and Affleck team up for a solo Batman movie exclusively for HBO Max.
