Pulp Fiction is listed under genres "drama" and "crime." Is it a drama or a comedy?

And accordong to wikipedia its a neo-noir black comedy crime film
So i am going to say its a dark comedy, crime drama.

I never thought of it as a comedy. It has some very funny dialogues, but that doesn't make it a comedy. None of the intertwined plots is comedic by nature.

John Travolta accidentally blowing someone’s head apart in a car is pretty early comedic.

Wow. HALF of people here voting that it is a drama as opposed to a comedy. If you cannot see that this is 110% a comedy, I really don't know what to say.  (Maybe people are thinking about it from their distant memory of it as opposed to having recently watched it?) |

I don’t really think if it as either honestly. It’s a weird movie to categorize. Elements of a lot of genres.

Travolta said that after he improv'd "Oh man, I just shot Marvin in the face!" that Tarantino told him he "didn't realize he was making a comedy". I guess the implication would be that's what the movie ended up being.
