In the 1972 tv-movie TRAPPED, there's an anonymous dog handler in full body armor and face mask who sets the murderous guard dogs on their nightly route through a department store. The limp of the guy indicates his dogs do the job well.

Klaus Kinski and his legendary portrayal of Don Lope Aguirre, had quite a limp going, which only made his character/performance even more memorable and mad looking. I believe Nicolas Cage also put on a bit of the "Aguirre limp", during the Werner Herzog remake of Bad Lieutenant (2009).
