Gotta be the scene in Empire after Luke gets fixed up, and is visited by Han, Chewie, Leia, and C3P0.
"Laugh it up, Fuzzball" got a HUGE laugh at the theater way back when, I do remember that.
Plus you got 3P0 lurking around, Chewie having fun, Luke's reaction after Leia kisses him.
Of course, none of us knew that his sister just stuck her tongue down his throat, but hey......
Any others for the rest of you?

"I truly, deeply, love you....."
Unintentionally funny though.

I do find it amusing in Jedi when 3PO is believed to be a god by the Ewoks, and Solo gets annoyed with him for not using his divine influence to get everyone out of being surrounded.

That time Han accidentally shot himself in the neck with a tranquilizer dart.

Chewbacca trying to shoot Kylo after Han's death in Force Awakens was unintentionally hilarious for some reason I don't know why but it just was.

When Han closes the door in his face and C3PO looks to the camera and says "How typical."
Also when R2D2 gets zapped in Cloud City and C3PO says "why do you have to be so brave?"
In ROTJ my favorite Han Solo moment is when he and Luke are talking
"I grew up here you know."
And Han replies "You're going to die here you know. Convenient!"

That time Han accidentally shot himself in the neck with a tranquilizer dart. That was at Kylo Ren's 5th birthday party, wasn't it?

The biggest laugh I heard from an audience was the "Noooooooooooo" in Sith Without a doubt, the greatest unintentional laugh in Star Wars history. Actually, probably the greatest unintentional laugh in film history.

The entire series is a pathetic crappy joke. You tell them Jackie what the star wars films need is a puny kid going by the name of the Karate kid trying to kick some IKEA wood and failing badly at it.

I was that one guy that laughed at a lot of C-3PO's moments during the factory fight in Attack of the Clones.
Plus a few others that got a good chuckle.
