Don’t really know much about Dr. Fate, but it’s hard to go wrong with Brosnan.

I like Pierce Brosnan, but he's way too old for the role.

Since Timothy Dalton and now Brosnan have roles in the DC universe... what about George Lazenby?

Since Timothy Dalton and now Brosnan have roles in the DC universe... what about George Lazenby? Well, Lazenby voiced the leader of The Royal Flush Gang in Batman Beyond...

In a recent interview with Collider, Brosnan spoke about how his work on the film was "exhilarating", while also praising star Dwayne Johnson and director Jaume Collet-Serra. "It's exhilarating," Brosnan revealed. "I had the most magnificent time and with Jaume Collet-Serra, who's the director of Black Adam and the most recent film with Dwayne Johnson, Jungle Cruise. I've always joked with my boys about playing Dumbledore because I grew a beard. I've been growing beards and facial hair and it's gray. I'm going gray and you have to let them know you're coming, so to speak. You'll hopefully grow into your years, as an older actor, and find work for yourself, as the wizard or the sorcerer or the king. You try to find the most interesting work for yourself, and sometimes you have choices and sometimes you don't have choices. So, that's where you find me and how you find me. It's constant work, constant doing, and constant showing up." "It's an ensemble piece, Black Adam," Brosnan added. "You have Dwayne, who's at the pinnacle of his fame and fortune and success and popularity. He is magnificent as Black Adam. We are the Justice Society and there's four of us, so we became a strong quartet of actors. The writing was very good. There was just enough beats. You just want three good beats. If you have three good scenes to hang your hat and your heart on, then you can make something of your days. For me, Black Adam had that, and Cinderella had it, in its own specific way." comicbook.com/dc/news/black-adam-star-pierce-brosnan-dwayne-johnson-justice-society/

Hopefully this is a big enough hit for that Justice Society spin-off they were talking about.

In an interview with GQ that was posted to YouTube, Brosnan broke down his most iconic film roles. The last one to come up was his turn as Nelson in Black Adam. Brosnan said, "Doctor Fate has the Helmet of Nabu, which is a curse and a blessing, because he is shackled to the power of the helmet. It's an addiction. It's a curse. It all sounds a lot of froufrou when you talk about it like that, but it's stuff that you have to lend your heart to, if you go into the mythology of it, whether it be Doctor Fate or James Bond."

In a new interview with USA Today, Brosnan chats about his potential future with the franchise following the conclusion of Black Adam. He gives a rather optimistic answer as he shares the following: "So I think the door is open. I honestly have no idea where this will go. I just know I'm very proud of the work playing Dr. Fate and honored being part of the DC comic book world." screenrant.com/black-adam-doctor-fate-dcu-future-brosnan-response/
