Mission Impossible for sure. I liked the last two Rambo films as well. I haven’t seen Creed 2 but the first one was good.

Creed
Almost every other option has made nothing but garbage. Bond has been decent (with the latest one looking incredible as well); POTA was never my jam, but they're ok. Everything else sucks. One exception: I liked Rogue One a lot.

One exception: I liked Rogue One a lot. How the fuck can someone that likes Creed call anything "garbage". Michael B Jordan spends most of both films like a lost stray dog clinging to has beens the sequel is only saved by the Drago family. And I'm even leaving out the creepy stepmother who neglects her real children for husband's fuck child and Creed's forgettable girlfriend, the main and supporting characters of Creed are the worst written characters in the Rocky movies.

It comes down to Planet of the Apes and Mission Impossible for me, MI-4 through 6 are seriously some of the greatest action films of all time, Tom Cruise has an insane level of devotion to this role, he's a no brainer for the title of greatest action star of all time, and I applaud these films for resisting the urge to go by the Bourne/Craig Bond playbook. MI3 certainly treaded into that hyper real, gritty handheld style, but the subsequent films go for pure cinematic, James Cameron scale action, and when they aren't thrilling, they're funny, engaging and suspenseful. However, as much as I love those movies I've got to give it up to Planet of the Apes trilogy. It was just a much taller task to reinvent the Apes mythology in this prequel trilogy. Matt Reeves took the template Rupert Wyatt created and crafted what is in my opinion one of the greatest character studies in years, and on top of that, the character is a mo-cap ape.

The Planet of the Apes films are among the most emotional blockbusters I've ever seen.
Who said blockbusters can't have character and heart.

Mission: Impossible is easily the top vote for me. They keep getting better.
The Planet of the Apes trilogy was really good, too. I hope they don't somehow ruin it later on with those planned sequels.
