Are the films directed by this director worth watching, if so which one?

Pretty much everything he made from 1975 through 1987 is worth watching.

Phenomena with Jennifer Connelly is his best in my opinion.
Tenebre and Trauma are good.
Suspiria is his most famous but I didnt care for it. Its nice looking but kinda boring.

Worth watching? Almost all of them. His visual style is quite unique. How many of them are good as a whole? Around half of them.

I only saw the original Suspiria and thought it was overrated. Didn't find it scary at all.

Only saw Suspiria and Phenomena, both of which are worth checking at least once.

His pre-1990's movies are. I'd say all of his early movies are worth watching for one reason or another. There are a few I flat out dislike, but I can understand why they have a fanbase.
Deep Red, Opera and Phenomena are his best imo.
Next would be Suspiria, The Bird with the Crystal Plumage and The Cat 'o' Nine Tails. Tenebre is alright too.
I don't care for Inferno or Four Flies on Gray Velvet (great title and great ending though).

Same, but from a pure style standpoint I would recommend it.

I love Phenomena. It is like a dark, beautiful fairy tale. Jennifer Connelly and Donald Pleasance are very appealing.
Tenebre is his most intense movie (great score!), followed by Suspiria.
I enjoy his animal trilogy, Cat, Bird and Flies. Cat being my favorite of the three. And Deep Red is very good. Opera is his last good movie, I think. Though Stendhal Syndrome has its moments.

Suspiria is a visual and musical masterpiece.
Not hugely keen on the rest of his output (though I've not seen everything).
