Darth Maul. He was only in one movie, and he didn't have a lot of screen time or dialogue. I'd like to see a movie covering his training and accomplishments working for Darth Sidious.

Also how did he come to look how he looks. he was from Dathomir, the species look like that. It's illustrated in season 3 et seqq of the Clone Wars in which Maul and his brother got some distinct personalities.
Speaking of which, I personally would be interested in the backstories of the pawn-villain characters that Palps sacrificed and betrayed: Such as Jango Fett and/or Count Dooku film showing how the former was recruted by Dooku (there is a game telling that story). And how Dooku became a Sith. Or even Grievous and the Seperatists...
Another thing that would interest me is a classic racing film about Pod Racing on the different worlds, there was an awesome game with plenty of imagination, which was a lot more grounded, gritty and realistic than the pod racing depicted in TPM. In the end pot racing is a unique visual SW concept in SciFi which could be further explored.

Also how did he come to look how he looks. he was from Dathomir, the species look like that. Do they? I thought it was tattoos on Darth Maul because those are the Sith colors. i.e. Like can be seen in the Lars' home in Episode 2. Lars Home in Episode 4. Anakin's slave quarters in Episode 1.

Sounds like a connecting-the-dots fan theory or old EU stuff (no Sith besides Mauls ever sported that tattoo pattern). In the canon TCW show all males, including his brother, looked like Maul (albeit in different colors so these might be tattoos after all). The race were a Spartan-like warrior society with cruel social Darwinism rules and strict ethics. Guess that overrides the other theories, unless you personally de-canonize the TCW show.

It states it in the 2000 book: Star Wars Episode 1 - The Visual Dictionary released by Lucasfilm. Here is the page I was referencing:

Yoda in his younger days, Darth Sidious and Darth Plagueis the "Wise", and Darth Vader's duties post-Revenge of the Sith.

It would be cool to see how Vader "helped the Empire hunt down and destroy the Jedi." I know we kind of get this around the margins of Rebels, but -- yeah, I want a proper Dark Times series.
