Ugh. I think we're getting into a state where I'm finding it harder and harder to call myself an MCU fan. Right now Multiverse of Madness and Love and Thunder are the only MCU projects I'm truly excited for. What about Moon Knight? That COULD be good. Don't want to make any calls on it till we've seen more from it.

I’m glad they’re doing it. This is really the only legacy character in the MCU that I’d care about. But… Sam isn’t exactly the most compelling character so they’ve got their work cut out for them to make him interesting. Looking forward to more Bucky more than anything else. I hope they can finally end his arc with the inevitable heroic sacrifice. Without either Bucky, Zemo or Rogers to play off of, Sam is actually a pretty bland character on his own.

Hopefully the supporting cast is strong.

Chris Evans on a potential return: "That seems to be something people would like to see. I don't want to disappoint anybody, but it's tough to... It was such a good run and I'm so happy with it. It's so precious to me. It would have to be perfect. It would just be scary to rattle something that is, again, so dear to me. That role means so much to me. So, to revisit it, it would be a tall order." movieweb.com/chris-evans-isnt-closing-the-door-on-potential-return-as-captain-america/

Not sure if this is such a good idea. On paper it's perfectly fine to make white supremacists the bad guys, and a bunch of years ago I wouldn't have had issues with this. But considering the current political climate in the US as well as audience reactions to the unsubtle political-messaging of TFATWS, I'd say the MCU should probably stop throwing matches at the powder keg.

I can see them taking inspiration from groups like the Proud boys or the Groypers. With us having a Black Captain America now i'd be surprised if white supremacy wasn't tackled in some way.

Captain America’s arch enemy is a literal Nazi, so if people have a problem with a black Captain America fighting a white supremacist group, I don’t know what to tell them.

Captain America’s arch enemy is a literal Nazi, so if people have a problem with a black Captain America fighting a white supremacist group, I don’t know what to tell them. Because despite Red Skull being a Nazi, his drive for villainy wasn't based on any racial conflict or agenda. He was pretty much just your stereotypical power-hungry, wants-to-conquer-the-world kind of villain. At least that's how it was portrayed in the MCU movies. In comparison if you make the main conflict in this new movie be about a black Captain America and a group of white supremacists, well, that's going to be another big wedge in an already politically fractured audience demographic. If it was handled subtly and classily then it should be fine, but based on how the political themes in TFATWS were handled I doubt that very much.

In an interview with ET Online, Sebastian Stan was asked if his character, Bucky Barnes, was going to appear in Captain America: New World Order. While the actor didn't have a serious answer to the topic, he did joke that he "[need some time from Anthony [Mackie]:"

Yep, the total theory is that the Celestial body will become either Genosha or Krakoa. They'll find Adamantium there and the various nations will fight over it so they can counteract Vibranium with it.

Using the Celestial as a plot point is a damn cool idea. Having both Vibranium and Adamantium seems redundant though. They should just make it vibranium.
