Brenda Vaccaro - Her raspy voice is sexy as hell.
I think actresses with raspy just sound awesome. Other raspy beauties are Debra Winger, Demi Moore and Briana Evigan.

Carol Kane. 12-time Oscar-nominated actor Jack Nicholson once said she had the voice of a fallen angel. Resident imdb critic Leonard Maltin famously said her voice seems to come from another galaxy. Roger Ebert said she's like a pre-raphaelite painting with a cosmic voice in person, though the pocket-sized version.
