I'm a huge fan so I say yes. You know she's a great surfer like her fellow Californian Jennifer Aniston - check out 'Soul Surfer' (2011). She's also served society greatly through her film work, from 'The Waterdance' (1992) to 'The Sessions' (2012), films that shine a light on how hard life is for some people, and remind us not to take certain things for granted.
Great lady and a great actress.

There is no "objective" answer to a question like this.
I don't think you can even get to an objective answer even if there were one, because each person would have to be familiar with the entire filmography of every actress who has ever had a career in movies. Though I would add a caveat of the actresses having more than 20 performances to make a proper comparison.
Subjectively I am inclined to say yes.

I do like her whenever I see her. But admittedly I have seen nothing from her latest films. I think she was on that show Shots Fired and the last movie I apparently saw from her filmography was Bobby, 15 years ago.
